Phil Di Ruggiero is a Co-Founder of GreenLine Real Estate and Marketing Director for the firm. He has been involved in real estate since he was teenager when he earned his real estate license and bought his first investment property. Since 2004 he has been a full time agent in DC specializing in new construction sales, multimedia marketing and buyer services. He has worked at UrbanLand Company as its Director of Marketing and Long & Foster Real Estate as a top producing agent where he developed the liveindc.us website. Phil is known for production of professional grade video tours of his listings and surrounding neighborhoods to help buyers learn more about the homes and locations they are considering. Phil is a cum laude graduate of The George Washington University and now lives in the Petworth neighborhood in a rowhouse he completely renovated. Phil is also fluent in Spanish and Italian.
